We switch over to the men's basketball side of UH, talking about their second straight blowout win over CSUN as the Rainbow Warriors kept pace with UC Irvine atop the Big West conference.

We discuss the 3rd straight win for the Rainbow Wahine before hearing from Isaiah Kerr after the Rainbow Warriors blew out the Roadrunners inside Bankoh Arena.

We close out the first hour talking out the AFC & NFC Championship matchups and giving our predictions for the Broncos-Patriots and Seahawks-Rams.

Hour 2 gets into the local government discussion after the new Hawai'i Tourism & Gaming Working Group met for the first time and discussed gaming regulation in the islands. Ku & Paul give their takes after playing snippets from Mike Lambert and Gregorr Illagan from the Thursday meeting.

We wrap up the day talking more NFL Coaching Carousel as the Bills look for a new HC with interviews of Brian Daboll, Joe Brady & Phillip Rivers.

We start things off with some fun Hawai'i Football news including a new commit for the offensive line and the Rainbow Warriors being selected to represent the Group of 6 in next season's CFP.  Next, we get into some Rainbow Baseball chat and hear from players Ben Zeigler-Namoa and Sebastian Gonzalez. Finally, we close it out with UH Basketball with men's head coach Eran Ganot's thoughts heading into this two-game homestand.

BIG SHOW as it was just announced that Acrobatics & Tumbling is officially an NCAA championships sport advancing from its status as an emerging sport for women, with the first National Collegiate Championship scheduled for Spring 2027. Joining that show are HPU Acro & Tumbling head coach Daisha Paulino along with student-athletes Hayley Meville and Breanna Corral-Vargas.

We move to the basketball court, hearing UH women's basketball head coach Laura Beeman's media availability from earlier in the week discussing the two-game win streak the team is on and what they're expecting as they hit the road to face CSUB & CSUN.

The first hour wraps up with updates in the NFL world of coaching hires after Mike McDaniel accepted the Chargers OC position and Robert Salah was named the new HC of the Tennessee Titans.

Hour 2 rolls on with the NFL conversation after the awkward press conference in Buffalo with President of Football Operations Brandon Beane & owner Terry Pegula fielding questions from the media following the firing of HC Sean McDermott.

Paul gives an update on HPU basketball after the women won their second straight game with an impressive comeback against Biola & the men tallied their fifth straight victory with a smackdown of the Eagles behind 40 combined points between Josh West & Quentin Meza.

The day wraps up chatting about Stephen Tsai's latest article about another wide receiver committing to join the UH football team.

Happy Tuesday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul spend the entire first hour on college football after the 2025 season came to an end after the Indiana Hoosiers defeated the Miami Hurricanes in the 2026 College Football Playoff National Championship game on Monday night in Miami.

We bring it back to the islands after Hawai'i received a vote in the final AP Top 25 poll of the season & go over the latest additions to the Rainbow Warrior roster via the transfer portal.
