OIA Girls Basketball DI Championship: Kahuku vs Moanalua | Feb. 1, 25

Kahuku goes back-to-back and wins their 11th overall OIA girls basketball title after running away from Moanalua, 52-36. Makana Kamakeeaina scored 17 points for the Red Raiders and was selected as our 'Fun Factory VIP of the Game'.

OIA Girls Basketball DII Championship: Kapolei vs Castle | Jan. 29, 25

Kapolei captured its first OIA title in girls basketball after beating Castle, 55-29. Liliyanah-Tiare Tavale scored 19 points with 11 steals to lead the Hurricanes and was selected as our 'Fun Factory VIP of the Game'.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul kick off the show with a preview of the Rainbow Wahine basketball team's matchup with UC San Diego, discussing what Hawai'i needs to do to keep a 7-game win streak rolling on the road. We also preview the OIA Division I & II girls' basketball championships that will be broadcast on HSRN later Wednesday night.

We play Ku's conversation with Hawai'i track & field thrower Valo Sopoaga, the daughter of Hawai'i football great and former NFL player Isaac Sopoaga, to learn about the sophomore's story up to this point as she prepares for 2nd season at UH.

The show wraps with previews of both the Hawai'i men's basketball matchup against UC San Diego and Hawai'i Pacific's critical contest on Thursday against Menlo, which will be broadcast at noon on the Hawai'i Sports Radio Network.

The daughter of former University of Hawai’i standout and 8-year NFL veteran Isaac Sopoaga, Valo is preparing for her second season competing for the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa’s track and field program.

The duo shifts conversations to the court, recapping the Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine win over UC Irvine from Saturday night. We talk about the gnarly "sUHrf City" uniform designs by Isaac Daggett worn by UH & the successes and shortcomings of "Beeman's Bigger Bash" night before hearing postgame availability from HC Laura Beeman, C Ritorya Tamilo & G Lily Wahinekapu.
