We flip the conversation to the court, discussing the pair of losses by the Rainbow Warriors and Wahine against UC Riverside - seeing the women's 14-game winning streak snapped and the men's Big West Tournament hopes put in critical danger.

Hour 2 opens with some breaking NFL news as Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams agreed to continue their marriage into 2025 and beyond, tumbling over the first QB domino of the offseason.

We shift over to the volleyball court ahead of Friday night's Big West opener and top-4 matchup between Hawai'i and UC Irvine, previewing the explosive early conference matchup and hearing sophomore outside hitter Louis Sakanoko's thought's from earlier in the week on what he is expecting.

We close out the day giving some love to the Hawai'i Pacific University basketball teams after both the men and women came up with big wins over local rival Chaminade on Senior Night, hearing Paul's postgame chat with men's head coach Jesse Nakanishi on a special mixture of 6 seniors.

The Hawaii Pacific University men’s basketball team celebrated six seniors in style on Thursday night, spoiling island rival Chaminade’s PacWest tournament dreams with a 95-76 victory inside the Shark Tank. GAME RECAP.

Women's Basketball: Chaminade vs HPU | Feb. 27, 25

The HPU womens basketball team finished strong at home with a 74-62 victory against Chaminade on senior night. Ella Berge dropped 10 points in her final game at the Shark tank while freshman Morgan Hawkins added 15 to continue an impressive freshman season. GAME RECAP.

We look to the pool after Hawai'i women's water polo turned in a pair of wins against top-5 opponents at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational, hearing from 1st-year head coach James Robinson after the program's upset against No. 3 UCLA.

We close out the first hour talking about Rainbow Wahine softball before UH closes out non-conference play with the OUTRIGGER Invitational tournament, hearing from head coach Bob Coolen & sophomore UTL Milan Ah Yat before play starts on Wednesday.

Paul gives his thoughts on UH men's basketball before an incredibly important Senior Week begins and we hear from Ryan Rapp on what his hopes for his final home games in a Rainbow Warrior uniform will be like.

Ku and Paul close out the show answering a question from a listener on how much blame they place on the men's basketball coaching staff for the underperformance of the program this season.

We shift gears to the gridiron, hearing from UH head coach Timmy Chang as the Rainbow Warriors start another week of spring practices. We move to the high school ranks before closing out the hour, looking ahead to the first official season of girls' flag football in Hawai'i.
