We play Paul's conversation with Hawai'i Pacific men's basketball head coach Jesse Nakanishi ahead of the Sharks' two-game slate in the Hoops in Hawaii Holiday Tournament, catching up with the coach to see the vibes through one third of the season.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Ku is joined by Paul remotely to discuss the latest news with the Hawai'i football transfer portal as Nick Cenacle announced his intention to find a new home for his final year of eligibility.

We also talk to our featured "Mana Wahine" of the week, HNN Digital Sports Reporter Cienna Pilotin, and learn all about her journey from her home on Maui to the continent for college before coming back home to Hawai'i and into the world of sports media.

We close out with some thoughts on the boys' side of the 'Iolani Classic currently underway with Utah Prep and the nation's top player AJ Dybantsa set to face off with Kahuku on Wednesday night.

I-opponent low 15 points. We also discuss a pair of significant injuries for UH that happened late in the win before hearing a snippet from Laura Beeman's postgame media availability.

We close out the first hour recognizing four Rainbow Wahine volleyball players for a significant academic achievement before taking a peek at the 2025 Hawai'i baseball schedule.

Hour 2 opens with some updates on Hawai'i football as the coaching staff sent out offers to some '27, '28 and '29 prospects while another defensive tackle hit the transfer portal from the 'Bows. We also give you the Athletic's guide to rooting during the 2024-25 College Football Playoff.

We finish out the show with Paul giving his opinion on the dwindling NBA ratings and what the potential cause(s) of the drop to the glamour sport's popularity could be.
