We hear some of Hawai’i men’s volleyball HC Charlie Wade’s postgame press conference after the ‘Bows swept the weekend two-match series against No. 20 McKendree before closing the first hour recapping the Rainbow Wahine basketball team’s first Big West win of the season over Cal Poly.

Hour 2 kicks off with the crew chatting about Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele's decision to hit the transfer portal after enrolling early at Oregon, heading back to his original commitment and transferring to Cal.

We also discuss Saturday's Hawai'i men's basketball game after the Rainbow Warriors slowed down the fastest team in the country, beating Cal Poly to snag a split for the weekend.

Hour 2 opens with the breaking news of the day as 247Sports' Brandon Huffman reported that former Campbell QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele plans to enter the transfer portal this weekend after enrolling at Oregon early and being with the Ducks during Wednesday's Rose Bowl loss to Ohio State.

The hour continues with some basketball conversation as Ku & Paul preview both the Hawai'i men's and women's basketball matchups coming up on Saturday against Cal Poly. We close the show looking at tonight's Hawai'i men's volleyball season-opener against No. 20 McKendree.

Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul back after a tough Thursday for Hawai'i men's basketball as the 'Bows fell to 0-2 to begin Big West play for the first time since the 2016-17 season. We hear postgame thoughts from Ryan Rapp, Tanner Christensen and UH head coach Eran Ganot.

We also discuss the final game of the College Football Playoff quarterfinals that saw a dominant three-phase performance from Notre Dame as the Fighting Irish dispatched No. 2 seed Georgia, 23-10.

Happy New Year, beautiful people! Ku & Paul return to preview the Hawai'i men's basketball 2025 Big West opener as UC Santa Barbara visits the Stan Sheriff Center for a battle of teams searching for their first conference victory of the season.

We also start to discuss the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff before heading into Hour 2.

Hour 2 continues the College Football Playoff quarterfinal conversation, looking at how Ohio State took revenge over Oregon and the incredible overtime game between Texas and Arizona State. We also preview the Sugar Bowl between Georgia and Notre Dame that was rescheduled after the New Year's Day terrorist attack in New Orleans.

Ku and Paul also preview the Hawai'i women's basketball game at UC Santa Barbarba as the Rainbow Wahine look to get back on track after a challenging (and injury-prone) non-conference schedule.
