We have a slight change up from sports this week as Ku'u and Paul chat with Chef Meghan Ellis, the first Hawai'i born and raised chef to compete on Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen. Ellis will be a competitor on season 23, which premieres Thursday, September 26 at 7 p.m. HT on Fox.
