We hear Hawai'i football head coach Timmy Chang's thoughts following Monday's first spring session as the program welcomes in a new era in the QB room. We also discuss Punahou's 3rd straight HHSAA D1 girls' soccer state title, hearing from goalkeeper Xeyana Salanoa and head coach Shelley Izuno following their 1-0 victory of KS-Kapalama.

We close out the first hour discussing the latest update on the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) project, expressing the level of confidence that it would be completed in time for the 2028 college football season.

We keep things on the court as we look back on Hawai'i men's basketball's best performance of the season, a 25-point beatdown of Cal State Fullerton.

We also recap Hawai'i men's volleyball's massive sweep of two matches in Provo over the weekend, taking down No. 5 BYU in a pair of high-intensity games. We hear head coach Charlie Wade's post-match thoughts from Saturday, getting thoughts on his 300th UH win and the best test of his team yet.
