The HPU womens basketball team finished strong at home with a 74-62 victory against Chaminade on senior night. Ella Berge dropped 10 points in her final game at the Shark tank while freshman Morgan Hawkins added 15 to continue an impressive freshman season. GAME RECAP.

We look to the pool after Hawai'i women's water polo turned in a pair of wins against top-5 opponents at the Barbara Kalbus Invitational, hearing from 1st-year head coach James Robinson after the program's upset against No. 3 UCLA.

We close out the first hour talking about Rainbow Wahine softball before UH closes out non-conference play with the OUTRIGGER Invitational tournament, hearing from head coach Bob Coolen & sophomore UTL Milan Ah Yat before play starts on Wednesday.

Hour 2 opens with Ku & Paul sharing some personal stories of growing up with sport-loving dads before discussing the NFLPA team report cards that were released on Wednesday morning. Paul gives his thoughts on UH men's basketball before an incredibly important Senior Week begins and we hear from Ryan Rapp on what his hopes for his final home games in a Rainbow Warrior uniform will be like.

Ku and Paul close out the show answering a question from a listener on how much blame they place on the men's basketball coaching staff for the underperformance of the program this season.

Happy Aloha Tuesday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul back to talk a lot of Hawai'i sports, starting the show with the conversation around the pausing of the Diamond Head Classic tournament for 2025, hearing the thoughts of Hawai'i men's basketball head coach Eran Ganot. 

We shift gears to the gridiron, hearing from UH head coach Timmy Chang as the Rainbow Warriors start another week of spring practices. We move to the high school ranks before closing out the hour, looking ahead to the first official season of girls' flag football in Hawai'i.

Hour 2 opens up with hearing from Hawai'i safety Peter Manuma after an offseason getting calls from other schools to try and get him into the portal, opening up a small conversation into the 'Bows for 2025.

We re-hash the men's basketball conversation surrounding the cancellation of the 2025 Diamond Head Classic and the bigger impact that NIL and schedule changes have had on college hoops.

Hour 2 kicks off with a recap of the busy weekend that was for Hawai'i men's volleyball on the east coast as the Rainbow Warriors won four matches in three days to move to 13-1 overall. We shift gears to the high school level, discussing the 2025 Hawaii Pacific Health/HHSAA boys' basketball championships from last Friday that saw Punahou and Seabury Hall emerge with each division's crown.

We close out the show giving kudos to other high school state champions on the wrestling mat before ending the day discussing Hawai'i high school girls' flag football.
