Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! Paul & Michael fill in on this Pi Day for Ku'ulei Agbayani as the boss is off in Henderson for the Big West Championships. The crew talks some Rainbow Wahine basketball, previewing the semifinal matchup against UC San Diego.

We shift gears to the volleyball court, talking about Hawai'i's win over No. 12 Ball State in straight sets from Thursday night.  We also preview the big baseball series against No. 15 UC Santa Barbara that kicks off tonight.

We spend the majority of the first hour discussing the Rainbow Wahine basketball team after they cleaned up the yearly Big West awards, hearing from conference Coach of the Year winner Laura Beeman about Lily Wahinekapu, Ritorya Tamilo and Imani Perez.

We discuss the year in total before looking at the Big West Tournament & what a potential first round NCAA matchup Tournament could look like according to the latest Bracketology.

Hour 2 sees Ku & Paul finally catch up on the moves that led off NFL Free Agency before discussing what the new league year will likely bring in terms of players hitting the market.

Paul explains post-June 1 cuts after the Jets designated Aaron Rodgers to be released finally and Ku finally gets a chance to talk about what her Bears have done in the first offseason under the leadership of Ben Johnson.

Hour 2 kicks off with breaking the news of the Big West women's basketball end-of-season awards, seeing the Rainbow Wahine clean up with the Player of the Year, Freshman of the Year and Coach of the Year while getting a pair of all-conference team selections to boot.

We touch on the men's basketball conversation again around Ganot and what a potential new coach would have to face in an uphill battle with the UH program in the current college sports landscape before closing out the show recapping Monday's Rainbow Wahine spring volleyball match against Arizona State.

Happy Aloha Tuesday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul finally rip the band-aid off, discussing the end of the University of Hawai'i men's basketball team's season after losing at CSUN on Saturday. The duo discusses the temperature of HC Eran Ganot's seat and talk out what surrounds a coaching change and why it might not be as cut-and-dry for the 'Bows on a direction.

We close out the first hour making our final pitches and predictions on Big West conference awards for the women's side of things, talking about Lily Wahinekapu's chances at Player of the Year and Laura Beeman's odds to take her 4th Coach of the Year award.

Ku & Paul open the first hour of the show with a tribute to legendary Hawai'i sports broadcaster Bobby Curran after the longtime radio voice of UH football and men's basketball passed away at the age of 69 on Sunday.

We move the conversation over to the gridiron, hearing from Hawai'i football head coach Timmy Chang after the conclusion of spring football camp this past Sunday and giving our early takeaways about the 2025-26 version of the Rainbow Warriors.
