Paul gives his takes on the Knicks-Celtics semifinal series that starts today, walking through some key numbers for New York to adjust after getting swept in the regular season. The first hour closes with the reveal of men's volleyball All-American awards as five 'Bows got honors.

We also discuss the latest Hawai'i football roster movement after WR Dekel Crowdus re-entered the portal and others who have joined the 'Bows in the spring cycle.

We re-hash our girls' flag football conversation, hearing Michael Lasquero's chat with Campbell QB Maya Gonsalves after the senior skipped her prom night to help the Sabers make history.

The day closes out with more from Hawai'i softball Senior Day, getting thoughts from RHP Addison Kostrencich and INF Alyssa Nakagawa after the emotional evening.

Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul open the show giving flowers to longtime San Antonio Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich after he stepped down from the head chair. Paul goes off after his Knicks dispatched the Pistons in six games and starts to look ahead for the NY-BOS series.

We move back locally, hearing from UH baseball head coach Rich Hill ahead of the four-game series coming up against No. 7 Oregon State this weekend before chatting with UH softball star Izabella Martinez ahead of Senior Weekend.

The first hour closes rehashing Ku's secret she shared on Thursday regarding former UH AD Craig Angelos.

Hour 2 consists of recapping an insane night in HHSAA girls' flag football, seeing all the remaining league champions knocked out. We hear from Campbell HC Will Naboa after a 2OT upset win over Kamehameha-Kapalama, setting up a rematch with Mililani in the state semifinals.

We also chat some HPU baseball after the Sharks reached the 30-win threshold for the second consecutive season, hearing from HC Dane Fujinaka after Thursday night's 8-3 win over Chaminade.

The show closes out recognizing the winners from the H-Awards, spanning multiple programs and having a tie for one of the most prestigious awards for the second straight year.

We shift to the diamond, hearing from longtime UH softball head coach Bob Coolen ahead of the Rainbow Wahine's final home series of the regular season, also serving as the final regular season series of his storied career.

We close out the first hour talking about HPU baseball as the Sharks resume a 10th inning game against Chaminade later on Thursday with the second game of the doubleheader to be played afterwards.

We close out the show talking NBA Playoffs and giving a look ahead to the weekend in UH baseball and softball.

The conversation shifts to the basketball court, discussing the latest college basketball transfer portal news after former St. Mary's & UConn G Aiden Mahaney announced his commitment to UC Santa Barbara earlier this week. 

Paul gives another update on the NBA Playoffs, lamenting the Knicks' loss to the Pistons in Game 5 while recapping the other three games from Tuesday. Ku asks Paul for his predictions on Wednesday's games.

Paul gives an updated NBA Playoff prediction after the majority of the first round series got pushed to 3-1 leads for one side and Ku laments her Orlando Magic's seemingly inevitable fate against the Boston Celtics.
