Ku & Paul open the show talking about the latest college men's basketball schedule leaks after Hawaii Pacific University announced they would open the season in Idaho against Boise State. We also discuss Arizona State leaking that they would visit the University of Hawaii right before the Maui Invitational.

We shift to the football field, hearing from UH QB Micah Alejado ahead of the 'Bows opening the season against Stanford on Saturday. The conversation spins into the NIL world as Ku brings up the latest venture that the University of Michigan is trying in Name, Image and Likeness. 

Hour 2 opens up with some NFL previews after The Athletic released AFC & NFC predictions based off of Austin Mock's projection model. Paul asks Ku a pair of "What's More Likely" questions surrounding each conference's final results.

We hear from Hawaii women's soccer associate head coach Kaula Rowe ahead of the Rainbow Wahine's home opener later Thursday night against Central Arkansas as they stay searching for the team's first win of the 2025 season.

The day closes out with more Hawaii football, hearing from LB Jamih Otis from earlier in the week about how the defense is getting ready for midday action to begin the year. Paul's Parlor sets lines for defensive interceptions (O/U 7.5 INT as a defense) and Micah Alejado picks (O/U 4.5 INT for Alejado this season).

We hear Ku's conversation with our featured Mana Wahine of the week, Hawaii soccer forward Amber Gilbert, running over her journey through injuries and a global pandemic on her way to being a key member of a successful Rainbow Wahine program.

The first hour closes out with other Rainbow Wahine soccer news after it was announced that sophomore midfielder Leila Kahoano would miss the remainder of the year after suffering a season-ending ACL tear against Long Beach State. 

Hour 2 opens with a look at the preseason Mountain West positional rankings after three Rainbow Warriors made the various lists on offense. We then hear from Hawaii HC Timmy Chang ahead of the program's Week 0 matchup with Stanford and how the team is preparing for the Cardinal.

Paul's Parlor opens back up for the third straight day, setting lines for number of UH players to get postseason all-conference recognition (O/U 1.5 players on 1st + 2nd team), UH players with 5.0+ sacks (O/U 1.5 players) and number of 50+ yard field goals Kansei Matsuzawa will make this year (O/U 0.5 50+yd FG makes).

The day closes out with some Hawaii women's volleyball conversation, hearing from transfer middle blocker Bri Gunderson about how training camp has gone so far in her first year with the program.
