We hear from head coach Eran Ganot, getting his thoughts on camp and what it will mean to play against another team in the preseason with an exhibition on Saturday.

The first hour closes out with UH football conversation as Ku & Paul look ahead to Saturday's matchup against Colorado State for the Rainbow Warriors.

Kyle Galdeira joins the show to lead off Hour 2, giving his spit takes for the Rainbow Warriors ahead of the weekend before getting into his weekly NFL Quick Picks with Ku'ulei.

We return to the court to talk about Rainbow Wahine basketball after UH was picked to finish atop the Big West and had two preseason all-conference selections. We hear head coach Laura Beeman's thoughts on the recognition and how much she's looking forward to seeing her team play against someone else next week.

We shift gears to the basketball court, talking about if we will see a woman as a head coach in the NBA in the near future after Dawn Staley interviewed with the New York Knicks in the offseason.

Hour 2 opens the prep for Hawai'i football's road test against Colorado State coming up on Saturday as Ku & Paul go through the recent history of the matchup between programs.

We hear from national media darling kicker Kansei Matsuzawa as he spoke to local reporters earlier in the week on how he is handling the success and added attention of his season so far.
