Hour 2 rolls on with the basketball conversation with the first round of the 2025 NBA Draft set to kick off later on Wednesday. Paul breaks down the history of the draft & looks at the opening round dominated by the Brooklyn Nets.

We re-hash the NASED conversation ahead of Thursday's Stadium Authority meeting and talk about what fans can expect to gather from the open-to-the-public meeting.

The second hour closes out recognizing Academic All-District honorees from the Rainbow Wahine track & field program and another call to register for the HWFN Friday Night Lights free keiki football camp.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Paul & Michael back for a full day of sports as the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) had another (lackluster) update on Tuesday.

The boys discuss the meaning for the self-imposed deadline being moved back and if there's reason for concern regarding the current timeline for the new stadium for UH football.

We break down the latest signees for the Rainbow Wahine volleyball team that were announced on Monday and close out the first hour with a check-in on the WNBA with the Commissioner's Cup around the corner.

In Hour No. 2 of Tuesday's show we continue our conversation about the NBA from Hour No. 1 and also talk some offseason moves with all the trades and the NBA draft coming up. In the bottom half of the hour we shift the conversation back locally and talk about the pre-release College Football 26 video games for the Rainbow Warriors.

Michael gets a chance to discuss his Pacers and the crushing Game 7 loss from Sunday, diving into the emotions following the injury to Tyrese Haliburton.

The show closes out with some thoughts on movies after Paul went to see the new Lilo & Stitch, sharing his take on the different version of the classic story.

The first hour closes out recognizing legendary UH baseball coach Les Murakami as he was named as a part of the 2026 class for the College Baseball Hall of Fame.
