Hawai‘i Pacific rallied late and took control in overtime to earn an 85–78 road win over Chaminade at McCabe Gymnasium, outscoring the Silverswords 16–9 in the extra period after the game was tied 69–69 at the end of regulation. Quentin Meza led the Sharks with a game-high 19 points while adding five assists. Josh Niusulu added 17 points and six rebounds, while Joshua West chipped in 14 points.

Hawai‘i Pacific University used a strong second quarter and balanced scoring to pull away from Chaminade, earning a 64–52 PacWest victory Saturday afternoon at McCabe Gym. HPU's Kyra Tanabe led all scorers with a game-high 26 points, shooting 9-for-17 from the field and 4-for-7 from three-point range.
