Happy Thursday, beautiful people! Ku & Paul kick off the day talking about the NFL preseason news of the day as teams began announcing if starters would play or not.

We bump down to the college level and put eyes on the Cal Bears as freshman QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele spoke to the media earlier in the week about his experience in camp and the ongoing quarterback battle.

The first hour closes out with a reminder about the Hawaii Little League Baseball team playing for a bid in the 2025 LLWS against a team from Southern California.

We hear Michael Lasquero's chat with Waipahu varsity football head coach Bryson Carvalho ahead of the Marauders' season-opening game against Leilehua on Friday that will be on HSRN's airwaves.

The preseason Big West women's soccer poll releases and Ku & Paul give first-blush reactions to the Rainbow Wahine being selected to repeat as regular season conference champions while placing two players on the preseason All-Big West team.

We transition into a preview of Week 0 against Stanford with Phil Steele's preview of the ACC, talking about some of the concerns that remain from the Cardinal personnel. 

The day closes out promoting the fourth annual Sistahhood Social with registration closing on Wednesday at midnight.

We re-hash Monday's men's basketball conversation after F Gytis Nemeiksa announced his return to the Rainbow Warriors, pushing a loaded roster to another level for UH.

Paul finishes out the first hour with his latest research around the other recruiting classes in the Big West for men's basketball, naming some of the teams he will be keeping his eyes on throughout non-conference.

We lead off with Ku'ulei's conversation with UH special teams coordinator Thomas Sheffield from Saturday before discussing some of the takeaways of the first two weeks of practices.

We discuss Rainbow Wahine volleyball as the fall season kicks off practice for Robyn Ah Mow's team on Monday. The first hour closes out with high school football and surfing, hearing about the Honua Finals and from Leilehua football HC Mark Kurisu.
