We hear from UH head coach Timmy Chang following the 'Bows final scrimmage day ahead of the season-opener against Stanford on August 23 & Paul gives his takeaways from the actual practice itself. 

The first hour closes out with a recap of the weekend results in Hawaii HS football, including hearing from Waipahu HC Bryson Carvalho and our Fun Factory VIP of the Game Colossus Letalu after their win over Leilehua.
