We switch back to the baseball diamond at the bottom of the hour, hearing from UH head coach Rich Hill ahead of Friday's season-opener against Marshall.
We close out the show with Ku & Paul sharing their Valentine's Day stories with their partners.

We start off with a University of Hawaii football spring practice update and hear from new cornerbacks coach PJ Minaya, offensive coordinator Anthony Arceneaux, and junior DB Elijah Palmer. Ku'u then gets you caught up with Hawaii high school boys basketball as we hear from Kailua head coach Wally Marciel after the Surfriders beat Mililani for the OIA DI crown as well as Aiea head coach Robert Godinez after Na Ali'i bested Kaiser to win the OIA DII title Wednesday night. We close out with a quick UH basketball convo and hear what men's head coach Eran Ganot told the media ahead of their game against Long Beach State.

The first hour closes with a preview of Hawai'i women's basketball's road trip as the Rainbow Wahine look to extend their 11-game win streak.

We hear from our "Mana Wahine" featured athlete of the week, Hawai'i T&F sophomore sprinter Izzy Kneeshaw, learning about her story as she prepares for an encore to a phenomenal freshman campaign. The show closes out with a lookahead to Wednesday night's OIA boys' basketball championships on the HSRN airwaves, presented by Fun Factory.

This week's featured woman of the week is Isabella Kneeshaw, sophomore sprinter from the University of Hawaii women's track & field team! Izzy is coming off of a highly successful first year at UH. The Oregon native was the first UH track & field athlete to earn Big West Freshman of the Year honors. She took home the Big West 400m title, anchored Big West conference title runs for both the 4x100 and 4x400m relay teams, anchored the indoor 4x400m relay team to an MPSF title with a school record time, and much more.

We shift gears to the NBA, looking to LA after Luka Doncic's debut in the purple and gold for the Lakers went swimmingly on Monday night. Paul expresses his true sadness for Mavs fans, comparing the events in Dallas on the same night.
