We shift gears to the other current court sport, previewing the University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team's first road trip of the year as the 'Bows visit Provo this weekend. We hear middle blocker Kurt Nusterer's media availability from earlier in the week as he helps lead the 'Bows against a familiar face in Keoni Thiim after his transfer to BYU.

Ku & Paul discuss a few questions from texters about the Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine team, batting back and forth a fun hypothetical of a three bigs lineup.
We hear Michael Lasquero's chat with HPU baseball head coach Dan eFujinaka to preview the 2025 season for the Sharks, which kicks off on Saturday against Drury. We close out the show with one last preview of Hawai'i men's volleyball before the 'Bows take on BYU in two weekend matches.

The Hawai'i Pacific University men's basketball team delivered a thrilling 74-71 victory over Menlo at the Shark Tank on Thursday, fueled by a dominant second-half performance and a historic milestone from Joshua West, who recorded his 1,000th career point. The game also served as HPU's Field Trip Game, with students from Noelani and Manoa Elementary packing the stands for an electric atmosphere. (HPU Athletics)

We play Ku's conversation with Hawai'i track & field thrower Valo Sopoaga, the daughter of Hawai'i football great and former NFL player Isaac Sopoaga, to learn about the sophomore's story up to this point as she prepares for 2nd season at UH.
