Wake Up in The Den w/ Ku'ulei Agbayani (Hour 1) | Feb. 3, 25

Ku & Paul return after a jam-packed weekend of sports, kicking off the show with their take on the Luka Doncic-Anthony Davis trade and if the Lakers or Mavs got the better end of the deal. We keep things on the court as we look back on Hawai'i men's basketball's best performance of the season, a 25-point beatdown of Cal State Fullerton.

We also recap Hawai'i men's volleyball's massive sweep of two matches in Provo over the weekend, taking down No. 5 BYU in a pair of high-intensity games. We hear head coach Charlie Wade's post-match thoughts from Saturday, getting thoughts on his 300th UH win and the best test of his team yet. Michael Lasquero texts in updates from the first day of Hawai'i Football spring practices.

Hour 2 kicks off the Super Bowl week coverage from the crew as Ku shares a fun fact about the Superdome in New Orleans, looking back on the history of the "Big Game" in the building. We move over to the court once again to discuss the red-hot Rainbow Wahine basketball team, winners of nine straight on the way home for another big week of Big West hoops.

We hear Michael's chat with HPU baseball head coach Dane Fujinaka following a perfect weekend for the Sharks, getting the 4th-year head coach's thoughts after a pair of big wins over Drury to start the 2025 season.

We shift gears to the other current court sport, previewing the University of Hawai'i men's volleyball team's first road trip of the year as the 'Bows visit Provo this weekend. We hear middle blocker Kurt Nusterer's media availability from earlier in the week as he helps lead the 'Bows against a familiar face in Keoni Thiim after his transfer to BYU.

Ku & Paul discuss a few questions from texters about the Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine team, batting back and forth a fun hypothetical of a three bigs lineup.

We hear Michael Lasquero's chat with HPU baseball head coach Dan eFujinaka to preview the 2025 season for the Sharks, which kicks off on Saturday against Drury. We close out the show with one last preview of Hawai'i men's volleyball before the 'Bows take on BYU in two weekend matches.

HPU Men's Basketball vs Menlo (Field Trip Game) | Jan. 30, 25

The Hawai'i Pacific University men's basketball team delivered a thrilling 74-71 victory over Menlo at the Shark Tank on Thursday, fueled by a dominant second-half performance and a historic milestone from Joshua West, who recorded his 1,000th career point. The game also served as HPU's Field Trip Game, with students from Noelani and Manoa Elementary packing the stands for an electric atmosphere. (HPU Athletics)

OIA Girls Basketball DI Championship: Kahuku vs Moanalua | Feb. 1, 25

Kahuku goes back-to-back and wins their 11th overall OIA girls basketball title after running away from Moanalua, 52-36. Makana Kamakeeaina scored 17 points for the Red Raiders and was selected as our 'Fun Factory VIP of the Game'.

OIA Girls Basketball DII Championship: Kapolei vs Castle | Jan. 29, 25

Kapolei captured its first OIA title in girls basketball after beating Castle, 55-29. Liliyanah-Tiare Tavale scored 19 points with 11 steals to lead the Hurricanes and was selected as our 'Fun Factory VIP of the Game'.
