Campbell avenged their only loss of the regular season after beating Mililani 50-45 in overtime to claim their first OIA championship in boys basketball. Mizah Carreira led the Sabers with 21 points.

After being down 16 points at the half, Farrington rallied back to defeat Kalani 68-55 in overtime to claim their third OIA DII boys basketball title. Gerald Gallardo led the Governors in scoring with 17 points. Dominique Mose-Smith added 15 points and nabbed 15 rebounds.
