We shift gears to the court after Hawai'i women's basketball pushed their win streak to double digits, playing the postgame audio from head coach Laura Beeman and guards Jovi Lefotu and Mia 'Uhila after UH's huge win over Cal Poly.

Paul lets off a rant about Hawai'i men's basketball after another frustrating loss, this time to begin a road trip against Cal Poly.

We also preview the Hawai'i men's basketball road trip as the Rainbow Warriors take on Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara, looking to vault themselves back up the Big West standings after a three-game slide during January.

We hear Hawai'i football head coach Timmy Chang's thoughts following Monday's first spring session as the program welcomes in a new era in the QB room. We also discuss Punahou's 3rd straight HHSAA D1 girls' soccer state title, hearing from goalkeeper Xeyana Salanoa and head coach Shelley Izuno following their 1-0 victory of KS-Kapalama.
