Ku'u and Paul spend the first half-hour in the Den dissecting the incoming NCAA conference re-alignment and SDSU's "informal formal" notice of leaving the Mountain West Conference while trying to negotiate the terms. The show closes up with talk about the Spurs business booming since Wemby's arrival and a Vegas scammer pulling one over on a name-brand spot.

Ku'u breaks the news that Hawaii MBB player Juan Munoz has been granted an extra year of eligibility and will return to UH next season before going in-depth on what it could mean for the 'Bows 23-24 season. University of Hawai'i Men's Basketball guard Juan Munoz joins Ku'ulei Agbayani and Paul Brecht to chat about the exciting news that he was been granted a waiver by the NCAA making him eligible to play in the 2023-24 season. Juan suffered a season-ending achilles injury this past year. They also discuss his rehab process, managing to stay positive throughout this process, the addition of his friend Justin McKoy, and more.
