We break down the opening rounds of the HHSAA/First Hawaiian Bank Football Championships, hearing from Open Division semifinal winners Kahuku and Saint Louis after their respective wins on Friday over Mililani and Campbell.

The show closes with Ku and Paul quickly going over the gritty Hawai'i men's basketball win over Weber State, setting up the Rainbow Warriors with an unbeaten record ahead of Friday's matchup with No. 10 North Carolina.
