It's a Den Collision! "Lion's Den" leader/University of Hawai'i football associate head coach Chris Brown joins the 'Wake Up in the Den' crew for an hour-long sit-down to talk about the former Damien Monarchs, Hawai'i Rainbow Warriors and Baltimore Ravens linebacker's career. After a fun walk down memory lane, we shift gears to Brown's coaching career and what it's been like to return to coach at his alma mater.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Ku and Paul open this mid-week show hearing from Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine head basketball coach Laura Beeman ahead of the program's 10-day trip to Japan. Paul previews some of the newest additions to the UH roster after taking in some of practice for the Rainbow Wahine on Monday. The conversation flips to the NFL as Ku & Paul work to figure out the perfect salary number for Tua Tagovailoa's next contract with the Dolphins.

A special treat on Tuesday as University of Hawai'i assistant men's basketball coach Brad Davidson joins Ku and Paul in the Den for a sit-down, get-to-know with the veteran Australian coach. We chat about his playing career, getting replaced by Patty Mills on the Australian national team and his transition to coaching. We also discuss the latest on 'Bows recruiting and get to hear more about the latest signees from Davidson.
