What's up ladies and gentlemen! In today's Thursday show, Ku gives an in-depth Olympic update before Michael joins the show. We also play our exclusive interview with University of Hawai'i wide receiver Jonah Panoke from Wednesday's Rainbow Warrior practice.

To kick off the show, Michael Lasquero joins Ku'ulei live from UH football practice to give us an update on what he notices in week two of fall camp. Then we have a full Mana Wahine Wednesday with UH Soccer head coach Michele Nagamine's 'After Hours' segment from Monday and close out the show with why this year's USA women's gymnastics team is so special as they completed their redemption tour by winning Team Gold.

Tuesday is here! In today's show, Ku and Michael give you an Olympics update as Ku is heated after Team Japan's OT loss to host country France. We also recap the surfing competition and react to Tua Tagovailoa's new contract.

We open the show with Michael's observations from the first two days of UH football fall camp and hear from lineback Logan Taylor upon his return to the field after suffering a season ending injury last year. Then we talk NFL with former lineman Aaron Kia's experience on being cut by the NY Jets on HBO's Hardknocks, which leads into our convo about Tua Tagovailoa and other NFL players waiting on contract extensions. Immediately following the conclusion of the show, it was reported that Tua and the Dolphins agree to a contract extension.

Such a fun and insightful show as Ku'ulei is joined by former University of Hawai'i offensive lineman (and her Mililani HS classmate) Aaron Kia. They take a trip down memory lane and Aaron shares a lot about being part of the UH football Sugar Bowl era glory days and the season that followed. Plus, we do a special 'After Hours' in portion to hear his experience of being part of HBO's Hard Knocks during his time with the NY Jets.
