Ku and Paul open the first hour discussing yesterday's Hawai'i football news of Steven McBride returning to practice before hearing from the First Lady of 'Bows Football, Sherry Chang, on the Sistahhood Social's 3rd annual event. We also discuss some of the latest NFL headlines with Vikings rookie QB JJ McCarthy getting surgery that will knock him out entirely of his first year in the league to close out the hour.

Michael joins the show for the 2nd hour as he gives his take on the latest with Hawai'i football WR Steven McBride before we switch gears to Rainbow Wahine volleyball. We also discuss LLWS beginning as Central East Maui looks to bring home Hawai'i's 5th title and closed the show by brainstorming players we could see in flag football for the 2028 Olympic Games.

Hour #2 is led off by Ku & Paul breaking down the latest ScoringLive x HSRN high school football power rankings and some controversial movement among the top teams. We shift conversation to Hawai'i football and college football odds before one last ode to the 2024 Olympics with a women's soccer recap.
