What's up beautiful people! The first NFL Sunday of 2024 has come and go as Ku'ulei and Michael recaps most of the action in Hour No. 1. We also hear from University of Hawai'i MB Jacyn Bamis and head coach Robyn Ah Mow after the Rainbow Wahine's five-set win over Pepperdine on Saturday.

In Hour No. 2 of Monday's show we hear Michael's sob story and excuses as we "recap" the Los Angeles Rams' Sunday Night Football loss to the Detroit Lions. We also recap the weekend that was in Hawai'i High School Football before turning the page and looking ahead to this weekend's slate of games.

Aiea (3-0) continued a strong start to the year into the first OIA Division I matchup of the season on Friday night, taking down Nanakuli (1-4) at Radford High School, 32-7.

Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! Ku and Paul open the show talking about NFL Brazil and the 2nd game of the season pitting the Eagles against the Packers. We shift the conversation back to islands as we preview Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine volleyball's 2-match series with defending WCC champions Pepperdine, hearing from freshman libero Victoria Leyva. We close the hour talking the newest addition for Hawai'i men's basketball.

Ku & Paul preview the weekend ahead for college football, looking across the Mountain West slate with Hawai'i on a bye. We discuss the high school football schedule for the weekend, including Aiea-Nanakuli which can be heard on 95.1 FM, AM 760 and on HSRN's YouTube. Alan Miya joins for the final segment to say goodbye on his final day in radio after almost 25 years.

Ku and Paul open the day with a discussion around NFL Opening Kickoff later between the Ravens and Chiefs before we talk lots of Rainbow Wahine volleyball, hearing from head coach Robyn Ah Mow ahead of a weekend set of matches against defending WCC-champion Pepperdine. 

Kyle Galdeira joins the show for Hour 2 for a full hour of football talk with Ku and Paul, going through the Week 1 slate with "Quick Picks" on winners. The crew also talks about the Brazil game between the Eagles and Packers on Friday before closing the show with a look ahead to projected Week 1 fantasy football standouts.

Ku and Paul open the 2nd hour with some women's volleyball talk after SMU defeated #2 Nebraska in straight sets yesterday, discussing how that result impacts the Rainbow Wahine. We also take a peek at the upcoming games across college football for the weekend with Hawai'i on a bye before closing the show talking about the WNBA Rookie of the Year race.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Ku'ulei returns from Las Vegas and details her weekend on the continent before we hear from Hawai'i soccer head coach Bud Nagamine ahead of the Rainbow Wahine's first road trip of the year. We discuss some NFL storylines ahead of Thursday's season-opener, including predicting the winner of 2024-25's first game.

We continue the football conversation with an update on the Mountain West-Pac-2 scheduling arrangement for 2025 before welcoming in Ku'ulei Agbayani for an NFL discussion ahead of the season starting on Thursday. Paul and Michael argue about top quarterbacks, the crew gives their sleeper teams for the year and Paul and Ku make the case for their teams to finally make the playoffs and make some noise once again.
