Hour 2 kicks off with some Hawai'i women's volleyball discussion as the Rainbow Wahine had a pair of different, impressive wins over the weekend. We switch over to high school football after a wild weekend that saw plenty of crazy results, hearing from Moanalua running back Kalino Judalena and Campbell quarterback Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele after wins from Na Menehune and the Sabers.

Happy Aloha Friday, beautiful people! The show opens with Ku and Paul continuing the conversation about Hawai'i having discussions to become a full-time member of the Mountain West Conference. We switch over to previewing Hawai'i football's matchup against San Diego State, hearing the media availability of Aztecs head coach Sean Lewis from earlier in the week. 

Hour 2 opens with a look around the Mountain West schedule for the weekend outside of Hawai’i before switching to the pitch to hear Ku’ulei’s conversation with University of Hawai’i-Hilo women’s soccer head coach Gene Okamura. Kyle Galdeira joins the show for the final segment to do his NFL Quick Picks against Ku’ulei.

One hour show today, but it is a packed one as there was big news this morning as sources told Brett McMurphy of the Action Network that the Mountain West is in discussions w/ Hawai'i about the school joining the league as a full member (all other sports in addition to football). Plus, we hear from UH Wide Receivers Coach Jared Ursua and receiver Tama Uiliata. We also hear what UH President finalist Julian Vasquez Heilig had to say about UH Athletics.

This week Jeff Rich welcomes new head coach of the Men's & Women's Program, Dan Pollock. Also joining the show are sophomore Adam Vasir and freshman Julius Hell.

Happy Mana Wahine Wednesday, beautiful people! Ku and Paul with a packed first hour, talking about Davante Adams' trade request from the Raiders and other rumors from around the NFL to open the hour. We hear from Steph Curry after the Warriors opened training camp in the islands for the first time since 2007, talk about the WNBA playoffs and close the hour with an update on the CFSL proposal that was shared yesterday.

Hour 2 opens with a preview of this weekend's matchup for Hawai'i football against San Diego State, hearing what head coach Timmy Chang had to say to media earlier in the week. HPU pitcher Vicente Molina joins the show again to talk about Sharks baseball and stays through the discuss some MLB playoffs to close out the show.

We open Hour 2 talking about the massive football game this weekend for Hawai'i at San Diego State before taking a look at the latest high school football and girls volleyball power rankings from ScoringLive. Ku and Paul preview the MLB playoffs as the Wild Card Round began before closing the show talking about the Clippers-Warriors preseason game on Saturday.
