We shift gears to the volleyball court, hearing from Hawaii men’s volleyball head coach Charlie Wade ahead of a critical weekend road series against No. 5 UC Irvine.
The day wraps up previewing Senior Weekend in the pool for the University of Hawaii women’s water polo squad and Paul's thoughts on former Hawaii men's basketball Associate HC Brad Davidson heading to USC.

Hawai‘i Pacific powered past Fresno Pacific, 13–9, in a high-scoring PacWest matchup at Hans L’Orange Park.
The Sharks jumped out early with three runs in the first and led 4–2 after two innings before Fresno Pacific surged ahead with a five-run stretch across the third and fourth to take a 7–4 lead.
HPU answered immediately, tying the game at 7–7 in the fourth behind RBI hits from Noah Hata and Jayden Gabrillo. The momentum fully swung in the sixth when Tyler Arnold launched a two-run homer to put the Sharks back in front for good.
Arnold finished with two home runs and four RBIs, while Christian Perez added a homer and four RBIs of his own to lead an 18-hit offensive effort.
Jacob Vanek earned the win in relief, and Noah Rhea closed it out as HPU pulled away late with four runs over the final two innings.

The first hour wraps up chatting some Hawai’i softball, hearing from head coach Panita Thanatharn & 1B/RHP Millie Fidge ahead of a tough road trip against nationally-ranked UCLA & the Big West’s top team UC Santa Barbara.

We touch on her career achievements, hear her press conference opening statement and a few of her answers to questions from the local media one more time.
